It's true that most users are atracted to the graphics cuz they can relate to what the item will look like and of course that gives them a better inscent to vote higher. The trick, if you are not great with graphic, is to come up with a design that is really original and that people would feel really atracted to. It will be a bit harder, but in the end the items will be redrawn and I want items that I love and can relate to and use on the site, not some that are drawn pretty but have no usability for me

I don't know if anyone asked, but unlike the last contest, are we allowed to draw skins/eyes/hair/lips?
