New Fairy Items can be found in the Kingdom!
Random Fairy FAQ wrote:

Q: What kind of items do the Fairies give?
A: The fairies give you special fairy items that cannot be bought in any of Kingdom Of Knuffel's shops. They are all fairy-related items, like fairy wings, fairy antenna, or fairy clothes.

gathering all those items has "mission impossible" written all over them XD
I do have to say that inspite of these items being incredible GORGEOUS, I'm a little sad that you started recoloring fairy items. I loved how all the sets had a different theme to them.
Anyway, off to hope to collect these items :)
