No, because even "free" bases often have some kind of disclaimer that regards art for commercial use, people usually don't pay attention to. So, to make sure there is no problem and no confusion, we disallow the use of bases made by other people completely.

I'm working on a drawing but I have to say her dress is highly detailed :qhehe:

one question, can we alter the outfit a bit? like say same design/cut but instead of a dress she's in shorts or pants or even... a kimono!!!! :mcconf:

yeah that's the bit that confused me, the piece I'm working on right now is pretty much the same dress but change it to a kimono is more then just "detail" changes so I thought I'd ask before I start that piece :qhehe:
