Yeah we do but I still have to like lift them to toss them or move them around. @_@ I've built up a lot of muscle doing this job.

We were spoiled because we both had like the same shifts but then he switched departments so mine are the same but his are all crazy and they never let him have weekends off........

Haha, same here! People are always surprised by my strength even though they think I'm small. It's a good thing!

When I used to not work I would be used to M being gone but it still feels weird with him not here. Even though when he's home we're doing different things it feels less empty. :p

I can get into a good workout routine once I get started, it's just getting started. @_@

Usually only when I exert myself or if it's a really humid/hot day out.

But I figure that once I start exercising I'm going to be exerting myself pretty often. lol

I need to start with doing stretches first. I've got some that help strengthen the back muscles. It's supposed to help my back not hurt so much.
