I don't know 100% the specifics but my mom used to tell me if you ate nothing but sugary sweets all day you'd get a major migrane, so that'd be about my guess as to what they are talking about, I personally would rather skip the headaches and migranes all together.

I get sick from sugar before that anyways because I'm so used to having diet like everything because of my parents that normal amounts of sugar can make me sick. :mcheh:

LOL Any number of excesses can cause the exact symptoms that I've been told is the classic booze hangover. I get them from many things. This last one was from a late nighter on subtitled cartoons. Yes. I got sick from it. Yes, I am a dork. No, I regret nothing. XD
