I have all kinds of scars from all kinds of injuries. One on my finger is kind of hard and it's a raised bump, but that was where a sparkler got pressed to my finger by accident. Those burn extremely hot, over 2,000 degrees... my skin burned badly and it basically melted my skin which kind of put it out, except that sparklers are actually burning melting metal that kind of explodes when it is hot and exposed to oxygen... if you didn't know how they worked. Most sparklers are magnesium, which is an ingredient used in thermite... which burns so hot that coke can sized amount can burn through the hood and engine of a car, as well as the concrete beneath it and down onto and through another car if it were in a multistory car park.
I reacted quickly and stuck my hand in a bucket of water... but it wasn't fun pulling (more like ripping) off the sparkler... and looking back... I never did go tell an adult, nor did I go take any tylenol or anything... just ignored it and kept playing with my friends... like I did with most injuries that I knew didn't require immediate medical attention... XD
Like one time I was helping my friend take his dogs for a walk and since they were Whippets, we decided to ride our bikes. One of the dogs sees a squirrel and chased after it, which caused the leash to wrap around my foot and cause the chain and sprocket to tear into my leg... had a deep lash that went down to the bone, although at that part of the leg (below the calf) there isn't a lot between the skin and the bone anyway... but I yelled at the dog as I was sprawled out in the middle of the road all beaten up from falling with a gash on my leg... the dog came over and licked my face but I was mad at him and pushed him away... which made me feel bad because he was trying to apologize and console me... so I called him back over and let him snuggle with me and lick my face... when I got home I just wrapped it in some gauze and carried on.
But the one time I was riding dirt bikes with my friend and my foot slipped and got planted on the ground as I was going forward about 30 mph... caused me fall and to tear ligaments in my knee... which during the fall I broke my kneecap... went to the doc for that one. :D (see, I'm not some lunatic!)
I found this gif of a two year old skateboarding;

It kind of shows what I was like at that age, and younger... I was climbing stuff before I learned to walk. XD
