Mental health care in the United States suck ass.
I'm so glad. It took over a month for me to see a doctor. So terrible. Thankfully I had Kevin to help me through it.

Yay for having time off! That sounds good. Exercise is great for mental health. Not that it will fix it but it definitely helps.

We had a little event for Darwin's birthday today! It was a lot of fun. I made a shit ton of no bakes and like everyone ate all of them. lol

Yeah, but don't you get government assistance? When I got on Medicaid things were a bit easier. It's almost impossible to find mental health care when you don't have insurance or you just have crappy insurance.

Oh man, Kevin (my fiance) is planning our drive down to FL for our honeymoon and it sounds wonderful. I'm super excited!

yeah i have shitty insurance so i don't quality for anything at all and it is impossible for me to get help right away unless i check in the a state hosptial saying i want to hurt myself which they'd still charge me thosands of dollars. ugh i hate laptop keyboards im too lazy to fix any mistakes, sorry!!

and i can't even get my old meds again bc i haven't been to that one clinic in over 3 years everything sucks and i'm pretty sure my relationship is on the verge of a breakdown i'm lucky i can even function lately and i'm not doing a good job with it

Yeah, I was right in that boat. Honestly I just ended up going into outpatient therapy at the hospital. I shudder at the bills. So many medical bills. No worries, I don't see any huge mistakes.

Do you remember what you were on? Maybe you could go again and see if they would give you the same thing?

Aw, honey. I'm sure that M understands. He knows that you're sick and it's not your fault. After you get on some nice medicine I'm sure that everything will straighten up. You just have to hang in there. I know that's the hard part.
About a year ago I went non verbal for like a week and Kevin had a really hard time but he really stepped up to the plate for me.
