my gym class is all about cardio exercise rn and god I feel so embarrassed because I get huffy going up 4 flights of stairs

But we do it to decrease our heart rate and stuff. It doesn't help that I snack incessantly outside of class orz

Oh truee but like if you do it continually, it'll make your heart work more efficiently(?) So in the long run, your resting heart rate decreases and your heart doesn't work as hard to pump blood ouob
But yes, as I am going up the stairs, my heart is jumping out of my throat xD

Yeah! Then we do endurance running because it's indoor track ;m; I was definitely not built for this life though.
