I probably won't because if I get :fc: I'll want to collect skins :mcsquee: I really want the Bastet, Aries and Angel skins. Although my base has a neutral skin right now, so I'm not too desperate :mclaugh:
Plus I already have the Dark Angel eyes (I assume you're talking about that set, not the one that's coming?), I got them off the marketplace :mcheh:
And I don't think you should worry too much about raising Knuffel, they're such sweetpeas, not like some of the virtual pets I've seen which make sad faces at you if you don't feed and entertain them. I like that they're not expensive, though they do demand time :mccute:
You could always make a Knuffel thread and people would help you in feeding, I would :mcgrin: and you can release any Knuffel anytime.
Oh, and I'm wondering, I know it's not possible to trade Knuffel. So how do people sell Knuffel? Or do they not sell them at all? :mcconf:

The deal with wild knuffels is that they get released once, and then the creator can choose to rerelease them later on. It does cost a little to do so though, so not everyone is likely to do it. I've been trying to decide whether to do it with a couple of my old ones because they would cost me so much to try XD

You can't trade knuffels directly, but some people choose to drop them, which you can do with the big red x on your profile. If you do this then you get some fp back, depending on the level of the knuffel, and then it appears in knufftropolis again. And someone else can buy it. So some people decide to do this as a kind of trade to see if they can be quick enough to grab it.

Photography can be really hard XD even now with all my training and experience I can mess up. So many people think they are great at it because they have a little camera, but you need to think about so much in order to get something that might actually be published or used by a client.

Oooh I see! The skins are really pretty haha <3 I love the one I managed to buy off the mp but I want the Valentine Skin oo: That one is really pretty.

I think I want to collect all the items in general ;m; I'm gonna start with Knuffels though and earn all the money that way to buy everything else. I love collecting things on avi sites xD

And that is such a good point omg o: and some other virtual pets actually get dirty or sick if you don't take care of them for 15 minutes ;m; I probably will make a Knuffel thread as soon as I have more Knuffels than I can manage xD I do want all of them so!

Yeaah I realize that when I look at really beautiful photography ;m; what sorts of things do you have to consider to take the perfect shot?

Well, lighting is probably the most important thing. You don't want shadows in the wrong places, or on the other hand sometimes you want to create shadows which will make the image more interesting. You have to get the focus right, needs to be dead on the eyes of the model if you're shooting a person. The framing and where things are in the shot is important too, as well as the overall look and colour scheme. You have to decide whether to keep it as it is or to change it to black and white/edit the colours later. You have to avoid things that you don't want showing up in the background as well, and take care of anything on the subject that wouldn't look right. And... that's probably just the start XD

I really like the Valentine's 11 skin too! Those swirly red body-mod type things :mclove:
I might buy the Dark Angel set if I can sit my Dad down and make me click Paypal before this month is up :mclaugh: because the hair is just gorgeous! He's told me not to think of stuff like this until my finals are done though, which is like, a whole week to go :mcgloom:
I don't know if it's in many higher education systems or just in my country, but you need a physics degree before you study for a formal degree in photography :mcshock: I get that physics claims light in its domain but it's still seems kind of weird to me!
I've a friend who's done certificate courses in photography, university-offered ones, while still in school (we're still in school haha!) but from Australia. She's done digital art stuff too :qh: she's into studio arts in a big way and was considering pursuing them in college but she isn't going to 'risk' it :mcsad:. But it probably doesn't matter as long as she's able to do her art whenever she feels like! :mchappy:
It sounds hella complicated; are darkrooms still used to develop certain kinds of photographs! And ooh, do you know about restoring reels too?

That IS strange! I just did my degree in photography straight away. You didn't even need to have any prior photography experience to get started, although I did it for my A-Levels as well. It was definitely useful to learn everything at uni but honestly, just about everything I know that counts for anything was learned from experience anyway ^^;

I love doing darkroom photography, shame is that it's really expensive now :( So I haven't done it in a few years. One day I'd love to be able to set up my own darkroom with all my own equipment and chemicals. That way I could even charge other people to use it or teach them how as well. For now though it's just too expensive for me to even do a few reels :<

jacob, I should pick your brain about cameras. I want a DSLR. I found one at a good price, but I don't know enough to know if it's really a good deal or not.

Where did you find it to buy? That's my first question haha. If you let me know the brand/model I could tell you how much I would pay for it, but it might be different to the kind of deals that you can find if you see what I mean.
