It says "24h lock". If you mouse over the underlined word (in this case "lock") you can see a little description.
Once worn, item cannot be removed for a certain time.
It means that if you equip it in a knuffel you won't be able to unequip it in 24 hours, so choose wisely in which knuffel you want to use it or you will loose a full day of use.
BUT the item itself won't disappear, no worries. It's just locked.

Thank you so much for making it clear for me :mccute: ! I just was worried wasting a :fc: for something that would disappear in 24hrs hehe. But that is understanding on using it wisely thank you so much for answering my questions Amura ! :qh:
