Totally, man. I have the same problem, though. Everything is so light. I've taken to mixing it with darker Canadian make-up.

Aw. How about longer gloves?

I don't know what that's like in Korea, either. I only know Canada. I don't know. I guess lip synching is considered okay? I mean, a lot of international artists do that. That's why P!nk doesn't like Christina Aguillera and a lot of those singers. Too much lip synching.

We did have food but it had been a while since then, I guess. I don't know. I don't drink often, either.

I like Merlot. It's good.

Ew. I have one thing of alcohol and I nurse it all night. :qlol: I still manage to get tipsy.

What things concern you the most?
Do a lot of people speak English?

The thing that concerns me the most is that I don't know where I'll be living next week but I'll get to that when it happens. And I can still sleep in manga café or in a family restaurant, Japan is really nice for that, you can still go somewhere at night to be in a safe place even if you don't have a place to sleep.

And no one speaks English. Not even at the immigration at the airport.
To be fair, if they don't have a choice they do but it's hard for them to do it willingly.

Thankfully, I haven't had many problems that required the help of someone who spoke English.

@Zia:
I know there's a BB cushion by make up store which is really nice. It's a one colour fits all kind of thing where it oxidises. Or at least I think it does.
I don't own it though because it contains an ingredient I'm allergic to :c
Seems like a waste of product though to have it soak into the sponge. However, the application was really smooth.

I've tried elbow length gloves as well. I think I unconsciously take them off at night. Sometimes one is missing :\ or both.

I've never been to a concert but I had no clue Xtina lip syncs. I like her voice!
I haven't heard of P!nk in ages!! Haha

I guess you're more of a light weight than I am :qwhee:
I was craving green tea kitkats but they are so expensive :( 12 small packs for $11. I bought it anyway because cravings >>

@Kuuki:
Has work not organised accommodation for you? Have you started looking in an area you want to stay? Aww, that's nice. Hopefully you don't end up hopping round cafes and stuff :c
I actually thought Japan would have more English speakers! Stay safe!

Have you done anything fun yet?

I didn't have any worked planned. I left with a one week reservation in an hostel and that's it.
So no, no one organized accomodations for me.
But I have an appointment tomorrow to visit something so I guess it'll all work out. Actually, I realized Tokyo is a wonderful place because wherever you stay, there's what you need in the area. For me it's amazing.

They just don't want to speak English, that's the problem. Maybe they're shy or something.

Fun? I was filmed for a TV show on Japanese toilets. That was pretty fun.

Maybe. I feel a lot of countries have the mentality, 'you come to my country you speak my language' :s I hope you'll be ok though.

Wait. How did you end up in a Japanese TV show? O:!

Oh, I have one of those! Still too light for me. Lovely texture, though.

Christina Aguillera does have a great voice. I don't like her songs, though. :/

REALLY?!? I thought she made a come-back some time ago. What with her Fucking Perfect and True Love and shit. She's a covergirl now, too, which is weird because she was anti-animal-testing and I think CoverGirl tests their product on animals. But I guess I haven't seen a CoverGirl commercial with her on it for a while, now? Katy Perry is the new it covergirl.

I think so! I finally had the cider my boyfriend got me on Thursday and I was stumbling around my apartment because I was so tipsy. I ate before then, too. My boyfriend kept trying to talk to me about our plans this weekend and being romantic and I was basically like, "I'm too tipsy for this shit. Good night."

Cool. Talking about squat toilets and stuff?

Well, they happened to be filming at the hostel I was staying at and so they asked me and I said yes.
They just wanted to ask how different it was from France, nothing more.

Oh man. I'm really dark so I guess it wouldn't have suited me either. Lucky I'm allergic to cetyl steryl alcohol (not really, it's in everything).

That is true. Her songs aren't so great but have you seen Burlesque? It's a visually appealing show with decent songs sung by Xtina.

Maybe not in Australia or at least I haven't noticed. She had a kid half a decade ago and went poooofff, like Hilary Duff. I don't watch TV so I'm unsure who's the face of what. All I know is Emma Stone is the face for Revlon. Hehe.

Lol, ikr. Bfs don't understand the asian lady level of light weight. I specifically like Bulmer's blackcurrent cider and rekordelig is really nice as well. They come in a variety of flavours that isn't just shitty carbonated apple cider :\ Everyone always brings 5 seeds cider or Coronas to parties. Alcohol is expensive.

@Kuuki: Oh, I see. Do they have squat toilets? O_O
Apparently Aus. toilets make loud flushing noises compared to American ones haha

They do but it's not that common. And we have those in France as well so it's not a surprise ...

The best thing is that they're heated. And there are clean public toilets absolutely everywhere. It's wonderful.

I've never seen a squat toilet irl 8'D
Ohhhh! I think Aus should catch on with super duper clean public toilets.
They get so nasty.
I want autoflush toilets so I'm not afraid to walk into a stall to find other peoples happenings. =__=;
People are so gross.

I've been craving the texture of tteokbokki lately :(
