And well I work with plants (currently) and mutalism. So its just seeing how a plant survives with and without ants. So all we do it isolate some plants from the ants (in the field) using nets and stuff. No experimenting on or harming any ants either. Just wanna see how mutalism evolved! xD I mean in the future I might (depends on how well genetic tests go...) but yea I stick to plants.
AND OMG WHAT?? I WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME. Our bio labs didn't have any killing animals. Its mostly working with enzymes and bacteria/viruses. o.o I guess the worst was raising fruit flies by selective breeding (see what traits got passed on). o.o I guess my uni cares more about animals?

:o Yea I'm currently taking biochem and even though its mostly bio related the chem parts its like okay THAT'S WHY protein fold like that. Or why proteins have the function. So yea I do like it xD but in my first year there was this girl who came from private school with a 97% average. And was all like omg my school never had labs... what's a beaker??? And I was like what?? anywya she caused an explosion and fire.... >< and she was my fume hood partner so I was caught in it too! So yea my fear comes from there.

;) hey we still can! Just gotta find something that has bio style theory with chemistry style experiments? And I hate math stuff unless its stats and probability. But yea my favourtie part of orgo was the crystalization... only cause felt like I was a drug dealer xD

Lucky.... its cause art ppl in my uni are so serious. They have a gallery every 3 months and I remember some photos a person took was hung. And I was like that wow this looks amazing but I don;t really get why there's *something I forgot*. ANd the artist went on this whole rant about how I don't get it cause I'm a science loser- always trying to belittle artists. >< and on and on. So I guess another bad experince...

@Laci- lol the worst for me is that I love to have it full screen so I either need the guide open on my tablet xP or a physical copy of it. I just hate switching back and forth cause it ruins the game for me!

D: I was recently playing ALIEN ISOLATION and the save places... is like a phone and you search for it. One time I didn't save one whole level.... and I died and it started me from the previous level ><

yooo plants are my jam too xD i love plants ~ my mum is giving me some when i move out ^~^ aloe, and others, and my bff got some basil plants for us, wheeee. but ive never done plant science that sounds cool !!

yeah we were learning about babies being born to mothers who drank alcohol and how it affected them, and we had to put fish eggs in ethanol and study how they became deformed but most of them died and if they didnt they didnt live long because of the deformities and it was horrible, it was an intro bio class and is that seriously necessary? NO. NO ITS NOT at ALL. and people are so awful, too many people thought it was funny and all this crap but it was near the end of the semester so i couldnt drop it

WHATEVER its behind me but thats my bad experience ahaha . im sorry youve been saddled with bad experiences too! that sucks that your hood partner did that. D: and how rude of that art student! yeah there were a couple science majors at my school who were snooty . it was mostly physics though LOL and they acted like they had to work so much harder than any of the artsy majors and its like. no man. no. were all working hard. were all going to the same college! and plenty of science people were into theatre or studio art too. i took choir for a bit and a ton of people were science majors. but people were mostly friendly at my college. though there were plenty of rich bitches. :P

yo crystallization is bummmm, def one of my favs!

thanks about the cosplays (x it was also a tiny convention i was at so maybe that was it. (x idk. it was fun anyways! did you post pictures of yours? i musta missed it if ya did >.<

.... IF you are someone who loves saving all the time avoid alien isolation!! >< I had to play it on my brother's gaming computer! And yea I do but its mostly MMO now. I don;t have steam unfornately (I just use my brother's- hey his computer's the only one that can play everything)!

yea plants rock I just wish there's more funding for them :/ it mostly goes toward medical stuff nowadays. But yea I like animals more xD just I'm in the business of saving them more than experimenting on them (how cruel :'() :O ohh moving out soon? xD I'll give you a plant gift on kofk (if there are plant items now? :qhehe: )

I can't believe that >< omg it just sounds like a cruel way to past time. Yea over here first years don't get to touch live animals mostly cause ppl suck + first year bio is taken by everyone (even art students). So no way will everyone respect animals ><

Exactly- I never ever would insult someone just based on their major. I actually like art! And I guess that make sense most ppl in my uni are rich bitches too xD (up to you if you think I am one too xD)!!

Ohhh maybe then. I went to anime north >> sooo much bigger.. And no I haven't! Googled failed me so expect a selfie soon (gotta clean my room :qhehe: )

I actually never watched the anime. Well I did watch part of it, but not all of it. XD It really annoyed me how they added in stupid things, removed important things, and censored all the fights. owo;;

:/ my laptops always has a lag peroid when alt+tabbing >< so I just didn't wanna go through that (I check guides way too often!)

Worse part is that THERE'S NO WAY TO KILL THE ALIEN. you cant even hide always.... she can SNIFF YOU OUT. imagine you hiding when BLAM pierced right through body! Insta kill :( and starting over from last save 1 hour ago :qcry:

yea thank otome gods for my tablet! I just use that as my guide now xD. LOL I guess I can always go back to my old way of playing XD first time play through no guides. But I can't have more bad endings :mcsweat:

IT IS. I love horror games and this is the only game I can never finish >< my heart just goes no more please. and can't just save and quit

i am moving august 5th! to the city with my best friend ariel and a friend from college, charlotte. :D I notice your location is canada? i actually have quite a few canadian friends, they are all from london ontario. charlotte is dating a canadian ehehe. shes actually there right now ~ ive been there a few times, my friends family is so lovely <3 WAY TOO COLD FOR ME THO u ppl r cray

aww im sorry plant science gets no funding. ): i didnt know that. ive been applying for jobs and so many of them are medical and you have to have all these certifications or go to school for MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE like i understand why but im like T.T I just want to work in a lab yyyy.. and a lot of medicine is good, im glad people have figured out stuff to help fight disease and all that jazz! but a lot of it, especially pharmaceuticals, are just huge corporations who dont give a shit about saving people, just about taking their money D< D< grrrr

so many feelings about this world. :P and theres never just good and bad, black and white, thats not how things work. >.< meh. but yeah i went to a private college so there were quite a few rich people. :P but most people had some sort of scholarship. but loads were still idiots livin on their parents money!! i mean well my parents paid for my stuff too but ive never been spoiled and theyve never given me money or anything. :P and i appreciate what they have done for me i dont just mindlessly accept it.

the one i did that at was... nekocon or AMA i cant remember .. but i was aang at otakon which is a huge convention!!

ACTUALLY i met my canadian friends at katsucon, which is my favorite anime convention and the one ive been to the most. ^~^ four years i believe... yeah! next will be my fifth whoop. i was invader zim to the last one. :D but not many people recognized me. i guess its hard to visualize cartoon-y characters as people but i thought it was decent. :P [im way too vain its a problem]

i never read the manga, if thats what you are referring to. :O reading on the computer used to hurt my eyes and i was too poor to buy manga. :P however the other night i found this GREAT program that lets me dim my computer more than the computer itself lets me! i was reading a lovely webcomic last night and i wanted to go to sleep soon but the computer light always keeps me up later, so i was wearing sunglasses at first LOL but i was like THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING and there was and its amazing because my eyes are sensitive i am so happy its dimmed right now yesyesyes maybe ill read more manga online now. :P also my partner really wants me to read soul eater

aww man, horror games are hard.. x.x I think the closest I got to a horror game is Baroque, though that's technically a roguelike LOL some of the monsters are freaky though, there's this one that rolls and you can hear it across the map/room its terrible. it's like OH GOD I HEAR IT WHERE IS IT

@Vee; LOL I'M SO GLAD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE I PROBABLY SAVE LIKE 5 TIMES IN A ROW BECAUSE I ZONE OUT WHILE SAVING. and them I'm like, wait did I hit save? better save again 8u

ahh you should sometime! and man too bad you don't live close, I own up to like.. vol. 21 or something. xDD oh nice! I use something called flux, it dims your computer screen automatically according to the time of day. o:
and you should def read soul eater! Errisa and I were saying a few pages ago we need to finish it since it's completed now XD

xD HEY its way too cold for me!! I mean I'm technically Bengali and born and raised in Dubai, UAE. So I'm more used to warm, hot, and dry weather than the cold.

Yea I know... I feel like maybe I should just do the MCAT and then I would qualify for a medical bio grad school. BUT THEN I WOULD BE BETRAYING MYSELF. I honestly don't enjoy medical field... like I love learning about how genes and diseases occure. But give me a human body and I'm just like- "byes peeps- I'm out *drop mic*". And completely agree!! The medical field has become ridden with money sinks >< did you read about a man who fabricated data to make it seem like he found A VACCINE for AIDS? SO he could get more funding! Shameful >< this is people's life... I wonder how many people got hope from reading his bogus findings?
My mom had a condition that I had to study medicine and become a doctor if I wanted her to pay for me :/ I know this sounds like first world problem but honestly I would NOT BE THE BEST DOCTOR. I would be a horrible one ><! So yea I didn't get the money and its okay with me scholarships and grants are my saviour (also not living in crazy US with crazy loans and tuition helps)

@Laci- They are real! They let me have all my OTPs! And yeap so much more convient now (that's why I'm playing so much of them lately :qhehe: )

:O games that depend on sound ARE SCARY. I remember playing dead space and it all the ambient noise! And worst part... the shopping screen and inventory weren't like fixed. So zombie mobs could still atttack you on that screen and you could die D:!
