I'm on the kind of diet where I try and eat as
few calories as possible to increase my calorie deficit
as much as I can to burn more fat. xD And Arby's is a fast
food chain that serves meaty sandwiches, I thought they were
better than normal fast food though. So I got a plain turkey
sandwich and a small curly fries which came out to like 1,OOO Calories
and I had no idea until after I'd already eaten it and came home. :l
I'm so mad at myself LOL never again. And I didn't even workout this weekend
because Angel was home Saturday AND Sunday. -.0 But that's okay.
Angel took me shopping, and we bought me a lot of health food.
Now I have things like lowfat snacks, 1OO Calorie snacks, lots of
greek yogurt, soy and almond milk, etc. (8
