I agree with a plain top. x3 That way it doesn't clash with the stripes.

Well is it hot or cold weather? I'd say like a v neck long sleeved or three quarter sleeved top, just like not a tee shirt. :mcglee:

Neutral, like neutral colors, tan or cream, or maybe Jean colored. For me I wear my cute Jean jacket. XD

neutral colours are colours that go on top of most items, like some jeans, black, gray... those kinds of colours. If you don't have a jacket, a bolero or a nice wrap/large scarf can do the same as a jacket.
And the kind of top really depends on the weather.
