I'm not sure, lol. I think it's white coffee with cream and sugar added, it comes in single serve packages. XD it tastes very subtle but the coffee flavor is good!

From what I gather it's just the coffee shells roasted and ground up, to make it look a lot lighter, it tastes sort of nutty, and not nearly as bitter. XD
