Its different than most pokemon games. its in the Orre region. there's no gyms, no elite 4, and very few wild pokemon. Its not as cheery as most games and looks like the area has been beat up a bit by the economy in some locations. You live at a research facility with your family because your mother is a researcher and you have a cute little evee as your starting pokemon. Cipher, an organization that steals pokemon and turns them into shadow pokemon is on the rise and you need to defeat them by stealing the shadow pokemon.
