Dad thinks that was a shrink at my follow-up visit
Said guy figures that it's irritable bowel syndrome cuz of all that's happened and when he prodded my stomach, it was firm, and it's not supposed to be firm
He suggested forcing myself to the 'normal' day-night sleep schedule, getting regular exercise, and eating three small meals a day
Also, some sort of special powder that helps with this
And yes, he said that the anxiety spike can easily come from that
Was iffy about if I was gonna throw up to the office and back home
Did a bit (mostly dry heaving tho) pretty much right as we got home

Long hot showers feel good, and when I lie down and let it hammer my stomach, ooh it feels good
But I sleep a lot more, and tend up with my two a lot more too
Right now I can feel it be stuck, but if it goes up or down idk

IBS is pretty common from what I understand. A regular sleep schedule and regular meals are a pretty basic treatment.
