I kept saying I would learn danish for months, then I was linked to duolingo and just started.
Now I do five subjects every night before going to bed. It works great. :}

If I remember correctly you can turn reminders of.
If you go to your name, choose Settings, then choose notifications and when you scroll down it shows Daily reminders.
All you need to do is to remove the tick from the box. :}

Persevere! Lol. The only reason I didn't want them is because they were sent multiple times within one day and I found that annoying since they also sent out e-mails. It was a bit much for me.
