Unfortunately, what makes them so convenient is also their downfall.

Do you get withdrawal symptoms too? xD My previous math teacher was trying to ween off of coffee. Was terrible since he was more irritated without the caffeine hahah.

Yup. Really bad on weight, skin and teeth.

Yup. I get anxious and somewhat cranky and I just crave it so bad xD

You could try gradually weening off the caffeine by using tea. :P That's what my teacher was trying to do.

I tried using coffee before. AT first the caffeine didn't really work. And then one time I just got coffee and added a shot of espresso to crank up the caffeine content. Mistaaaaaaaaaaaake. Never been able to drink caffeinated coffee since. I get jitters afterwards. :c

Tea makes me pee a lot u,8

One espresso does nothing to me.
I got a triple shot of espresso because we were going out of town and I didn't sleep well.
It made me twice as sleepy xD

I'm surprised coffee doesn't since the caffeine is what's making you want to pee. xD

o__o Weeeeeeeeeeeeird. Although I guess I can't say anything since that's how tea works for me too, lol. I feel like the warmness is very soothing and conducive to sleep hahah

It does, but tea seems to do it more ._.

I usually like sweet tea, but I like chamomile, green tea and this one tea I don't know the name of 8u

My dad got to where he drank tea constantly xD

I tried Kava tea because it said it'd help me sleep.
Tasted meh and did nothing xD
I read so many positive reviews too.

Chamomile is what I go to if I want a tea to help me sleep. I haven't tried kava. I had sweet tea earlier but it wasn't sweet enough. I added some sugar to it. XD
