I think the weather is making me kinda down lately, but I don't actually have anything to complain about rly. The only thing bothering me is that my dad offered to sell the house to us for rly cheap, but he actually sold it to a friend temporarily to prevent us from losing it and he's taking forEVER to get his friend to get all the stuff started so we've just been like... waiting... for 2 months now. @_@
I wanna hurry and buy this house so I can fix it up hahahaha :qd: :qd: :qd:

Oh Raine! That's wonderful news! Your own place!! I'm excited for you. I understand pokey ass people not caring if they disturb other's lives. I'm living there rigggght now.

The weather this time of year gets me down too but I still prefer it to any other time.

@ Lily- hahahaha I kinda wish it was my own place. But it's the house I'm living in with like 6 boys.. and it'll take some time to kick most of them out. And then I can't kick out my dad and brother or they'd have no where to go. Plus my dad's selling it to us sooooo cheap (for like 88k, but it's worth probably 165-175k not fixed up and easily like 220k if it was).
BUT At least if we buy it I can kick a lot of the people here out. It'd be nice to use my kitchen again. :mcmeh:

Yeah I feel ya. I love the cool weather, but the change is making me all moody. Especially since I want to bake but there's always a million people in the kitchen and I'm so shy that I can't. :qcry:

@ Kimi- LOLOLOL I think it'd be faster to say what doesn't need fixing. XD The foundation and layout are good. But it needs a new roof and to be rewired rly bad. Plus the bathroom downstairs is all tore out and just a toilet and sink for the past like 8 years. @_@ It's all just rly rundown since we were barely hanging on for the longest time. So we have to fix almost everything @____@

Ahahaha I do plan to put them to work. But I can't fix anything until we buy it. =_=
And I do plan to kick a lot of people out. I can't even make dinner lately because they are all in the kitchen and when they're not they leave a HUGE mess... *I'm so tired of eating out. At least there's nice restaurants around here now that weed is legal lololol* *sobs* T___T

lol my house isn't even that old. I think it was built in the 60's. But going like 10+ years unable to rly fix much just rly ran it down. @_@

But man I bet rebuilding half a house was crazy. D: I think most of the things here are more on the cosmetic side. The roof, windows, and rewiring are the big things tho.
......but I do kinda want to take over part of the laundry room to make a bigger bathroom....>_> .......but they'd have to jackhammer the concrete.......but I want a tub so bad......
