Sleep is awesome 8,u
I've been there.
Most I've stayed awake was about 3 days.

I had a horrible time for about a year with sleep.
I'd be exhausted and get into bed, only to have an anxiety attack.
It lasted for hours in the first few months, but it got down to about 20-30 minutes.
This happened almost every night for a year.
I got to where I was terrified of my bed and trying to sleep.

I had been taking the pill Ambien to make me sleep for years.
It eventually stopped working, and I had to find something else.
I tried all kinds of things and the only thing that worked was my current medicines and chamomile.
But now I don't even need the chamomile and I went down a dosage 8D

And yikes, I have been lucky enough to not reply on any sorts of medication. I only take some if I am sick.
And that's good that you have gone down a dose, my father takes medication for stuff and he was recently able to go down a dose, it was really good~

Not easily u,8
It heavily affected my depression and anxiety.

I used to just depend on medication, but now I try to do things myself.
Of course I don't need to stop my medicine xD
