How did you family member have control over your mom leaving?

I have some that seem so real that I forget that they're dreams and think that I actually did the stuff in them. lol. It's really confusing when that happens.

She was reporting her to the police.
She also LIED several times to get my mom in worse trouble.
Naturally, she didn't get in any kind of trouble for LYING to the LAWS.
Yeah, my mom did something wrong, but that person did her best to hurt my mom.
She lied about what my mom did, lied about why my mom did it, lied about what she did with it, and we think she baited my mom.
I was told not to be angry because she was the victim, but she's terrible.

I have no idea.
She said my mom took a huge amount.
My mom says she didn't take as much as she was accused of.

Well, I guess she hurt her. But I do think she baited my mom.
She's the type of person that will talk shit about you to everyone else, then be nice to you, then talk shit about you when you're gone.
As a matter of fact, a family member went on FACEBOOK and posted about my mom doing it.
She had no right to do that, and the person she was defending, talked plenty of shit about her behind her back xD
