I don't watch Simpsons nor have I ever. So it simply didn't come to my mind
But I also don't recall any other characters with yellow skin. Maybe in the My Little Pony, they are colorful. But again. I do not watch that XD

Could have been someone from Adventure Time, where are every skin color.
