To roll the 20 numbers I used https://www.random.org/sequences/
Although I don't really get how it works, I just put in 1-500 and it comes up with a bunch of numbers, like a lot and I just use the first 20.

Then there's a place where you tell it how many numbers to roll (first input box) and a place where you tell it the range (2nd & 3rd input boxes) and the last box is just fancy formatting if you want to fuss with what it looks like when it gives it to you.

But you can just roll the correct amount of numbers at once, if you use it.
