it's really hot and stuffy in the classroom and not enough ventilation so today we're having our history class out on the lawn :mccute:
in the open air, under the sky :chick:

Thank you Lunch. The weather was cool since it rained out. Today it's cool. Then it's gonna warm up. I find it hard as well to post in other threads. So I know what you are feeling.

Amba- HAHA it's sad too. I want to go to Egypt but I know I would never survive the weather at all but it's one place I always wanted to go. (Used to study ancient Egypt for fun as a kid.) Sounds like a nice day for class. I hope it's a nice enough to have class outside.

It's been really hot today here too. :mcsweat: Humidity is crazy here in the south. :mcdead:

Fiance and I will be going to visit a campground today to see if we can rent out a pavilion for the wedding. Such a short amount of time to plan everything, but I would rather have it like this than wait several more months haha. :mcheh:

I hope everyone is doing well! :mclaugh:

That is something I'd want too Lunch.

For the hubby and I; we are buying our rings next month and no idea what we are going to do for our own little ceremony. My mom wants us to wait til July for us to do that. I know she wants to be there when I get married but this is a bit of a different one and with my anxiety I will be more nervous for it. If it was an actual wedding I'd still be nervous but it's the official one so I know she'd be there for sure. Ugh. Hubby said we don't have to do it with her there. It's our own thing and he wants me to be as comfortable as possible. So we might end up doing two. One just for us. And something with my mom there. No idea though. We need to figure that out still.

That's lovely, Lunch :mccute: and yeah, I feel it just gets stressful and less enjoyable if it's spread out for too long. How are you planning to decorate the pavilion?

I agree with him tbh. You could do two, with the first ceremony being just the both of you. Or you could do one ceremony just the way you're comfortable and then see how you feel about doing a second one if it's just going to be a token thing for your mom.

EDIT: LORD WUFFEL NOTICED ME :qsq: :qsq: :qsq: :mclove: :mclove: :mclove:

Cool that Lork Wuffel recoginized you Amba :)

He said we can tell my mom not to come or we won't do anything so I'm more comfortable but I feel too bad to do something like that. I know that would be something that would make me feel guilty for sure and I have no idea what to do. Our moms are completely different. His mom is really laid back and swears. If I swear by my mom she tells me to watch my mouth >.< I was raised in a more strict setting which caused my social anxiety to be so bad. Heck I freaked out 3 times yesterday because I said to hubby's mom "I'm not the one with messed up ribs" when I offered to carry the jug of tea she was going to buy. (She did something to them from coughing.) Hubby said that she wouldn't think twice about what I said and it's fine. He'd say the same thing but swearing when he said that. So thing whole thing with my mom is hard for me to do. It's something I'm gonna have to leave up to him to handle and figure out. My guilt runs too deep to thing straight.

Ugh wished family things was easier to handle and figure out.

If you're going to feel guilty, then that'll ruin things for you. So I guess call your mom for a second ceremony. That way you don't spoil your own special ceremony, and neither do you suffer guilt. Yeah, I don't see any other way. It certainly is hard to figure out, but it seems like it can't be helped. Sigh.

Dai (my Water Gen 13 Knuffel) reached Level 100 today! The first of my Knuffel to reach maxed out level! Lol it's all thanks to a Lava Lamp but I still feel proud, my baby's all grown up now :qh:

Hello everybody! :mccute: ! I hope all is well. It's been such a busy weekend already. We were off work today and my grandmother wanted to go to one of her older sister's house and buy some stuff from her because she's planning on selling her house. Older sister's family, of course,
got what they wanted, and her children are currently taking care of her cause she can't really be by herself anymore. :mcgloom: It's a pretty sad situation, but not really cause her sons and daughter are trying and doing a good job of taking care of her. :mchappy:

Anyway, we just got back home like 30 minutes ago. Plus, fiance and I have been looking a pavilions this morning and found the perfect one! :mclaugh: ! It's going to be by the waterway over here and it has some great spots to take photos! :mclove: I can't wait. I'm actually pretty nervous and excited about it all! :mcheh: :mccute: !

I feel you on the family thing, saiyouri! My grandmother and his mom are currently trying to have their own little input into it(basically telling us what we should do, haha.. :mcangry: ), and it's really stressful and frustrating. Fiance and I both discuss what we should do and we think we have some good ideas and have thus far managed to get some stuff together for the wedding. Or at least, a mental list of what we have to do, haha.

I hope everything goes well for you though! Speaking of rings, we still need to get ours as well. :mcheh: So much to do and so little time, haha!

Thank you! And well, we actually bought some white lights(like christmas lights) to possibly hang around the poles of the pavilion. Maybe some white balloons tied to them and decorate the picnic tables with table clothes and maybe some small vases with flowers to hold them down. (At least, that's what I have in my mind to do. I'll just have to be sure to get it all together, ahaha! :mcdead: :mccute: ) And a separate table for the food and drinks. :mclaugh: Of course, this is how I imagine it will look like when thinking about it, haha! :mclaugh:
