As I have the Cowboy Horses I can look into the screen available when you wish to sell each one of these items.

According to it, the black was never sold in the market, the silver was sold by 7,3k but not this year and the blue white was sold this year for 8k.

If your offer is trading the Capricorn Hair (Gold), which I bought from the market for 150k, and it is the only sale, is probably that you can find someone with this kind of trade, especially if the another user is interested in this GotQ.
