@Lady
I've never had a PS2 game work on the PS3, but mine isn't backwards compatible.
I hope that you can play it, though! It's honestly such a gem.
If you ever get a hold of a PS4 I highly recommend getting the remaster.
It's gorgeous. <:

@Mikael
I hope so! The ones I've been wanting were the ones from like 2009, so no one has them anymore haha.
Image

It's honestly a great idea! I hope that it stays organized but active.
If nothing else, I'll pop in to draw whoever responds. o vo
Thanks! I'm really excited, because ...
I'm always eager to draw KofK things, but because my art is traditional,
I feel like it doesn't look as nice online?
I can't scan it, so I have to take a picture with my phone.
Upload from my phone, edit it, etc.
It just lowers the quality and doesn't have the same impact.
But I'm poo with digital art lol.
It's exciting because I can share my traditional art without feeling lame,
but also because I get to practice more! I love drawing, so. Thanks. <:
I'm really pumped to see what you do. n vn

I never really got to play Zelda ...
I played Ocarina of Time a few times as a kid, but I don't remember much. ; o;
Watched my friend play Breath of the Wild and it was so pretty. ; u;

      @Fran: Dude, those are some old ears! I don't even know how much they're worth, good grief. Do you?

      Aha, me too, I'll try to doodle things for that thread, though I was planning on going the fun and silly way of it.

      I've scanned art before, but it seems to make my flaws and inaccuracies more glaring. D: Both traditional and digital art are fun to do, though! (Also, traditional art is awesome in its own way!) XD

      Good grief, I'm still so impressed by the fact that you've caught all the details. Regardless of talent, that's something that's really difficult for a lot of artists to do. I don't know if it's because of reference or observation --I try to be accurate myself, but I've forgotten to put stuff in my drawings before. XD;

      *whispers* I love LoZ so much...

      Nearly half of the space above my desk hutch is LoZ. It's got two ocarinas, a lunchbox, a plush, a toy, and bunch of game boxes/cases (including the 3DS edition). I also have a LoZ backpack and the game guides. XD; I was brought up on a lot of medieval-fantasy as a youth.

      The other half of the space there is half figurines/plushes, and then art supplies. I'll take a pic one of these days (when I finish organizing it_).

      I keep meaning to go get food, but I can't stop talking. *facehands*

      Right? I have no idea.
      I have not seen anyone selling them since I've been here.
      I keep hoping some oldie will come back and be like,
      "Who wants these ears from my inventory?"
      so I can jump in and buy 'em. I'd pay FC for them, pfft.

      That's true! All the flaws pop up when you scan. D:
      My problem is that when I scan or upload, it shows all the eraser marks.
      I can see every little old pencil stroke. e ne
      It frustrates me because I like a clean image, haha.

      I'm a nerd, pff. Like I said, I went through and looked up items separately.
      It was fun though, because I got to thinking like ...
      "What would icy-lookin'-headwings look like under a hat?"
      And then it was like, "This hat curves at the sides which is perfect for the headwings."
      Firn's designs and your layering = a great combo. <:
      It's easy to miss things though! I was worried I would, too.
      Almost forgot the spots on the face. Almost. :mccute:

      Lol! That's amazing. If I were ever to give you a present, I know what theme to go with. ;)
      I'd love to see it all! I have a bookshelf that I really decorate with things like that.
      The top shelf is my journals and kpop cds. I've got a small but decent collection. o vo
      Then the next three shelves are books, but there are little giraffe plushies
      and Disney figurines scattered in front of them.
      And the bottom shelf is all my manga.
      I don't have a lot of video game figurines and stuff, though I'd love them.
      Most of my collectibles are Disney or DC/Marvel related. o vo

      Yo, go eat! .. Then come back and talk more. ;)

          I do hope it works!

          I didn't know Doctor Who had a DS game.
          I'd love to play that, haha.

              @Fran: I feel that eraser mark pain, my friend. That's why I tend to doodle with markers for traditional art --keeping it minimal. XD

              Aha, yeah, I was like, "Wow, even the spots!" I have these two pairs of OCs I was drawing a short comic for, and I kept forgetting to do spots for my little deer and completing the flower crown for my fairy. Even if I remembered for one panel, I sometimes forgot for the next. Detailed OCs and avatars can be pretty tough, but man, respect for folks who are thorough!

              Aye, I am definitely someone who is easy to buy presents for, since I tend to stick to my favorite fandoms (even for decades). A lot of my friends hit me up with owl gifts for Christmas, and I've had friends who've bought me BBC Sherlock merch, aha. But really, if someone took the time to make/give me something, I already appreciate it. I have so many drawings from kids (people's kid siblings, mostly) that I've kept saved in a box or some place or another. I think it's sweet that they made them for me.

              Oh, you keep journals? That's pretty neat! And what kind of Disney figurines? And what kind of manga? You are just making me curious! XD

              Get some food, Lady! o:

              Y'all I still haven't eaten dinner.
              It's 4 in the morning.
              What am I doing with my life, lol.

              @Mikael
              I doodle with pens sometimes, which is relaxing because I'm not as worried about mistakes.
              Usually I only crack out the pencil if I want to try hard, haha.

              It can be hard! I actually used to draw each individual item my OCs had.
              Like .. I'd draw them full body, then to the side I'd draw all their accessories.
              Just to make sure I knew everything they had going on, but even then it can be hard to remember.
              I've only tried drawing a comic/panel-style piece once and failed miserably,
              so I'm pretty amazed that you were drawing a comic at all.
              As long as the details aren't too crucial, I feel like you can get away with it.

              Those are the best kinds of gifts! Handmade ones or ones that have personal meaning.
              My friends have started buying me giraffe things and send me snaps
              of giraffe-themed items they see because they know it's my favorite animal. ; u;
              I've got a mini-collection started, pfff.
              It's cool that you treasure things like that, though. Things like drawings are so important. <3
              I mean, those are all original and from the heart! People put a lot into them. <:

              Sort of! I used to keep a diary in high school but when I went back and read it I scared myself out of writing them, pff.
              I keep journals for a few reasons. A couple are there for writing purposes.
              I have one for roleplay, where I wrote down character information and world-building stuff.
              And then another one for my original stories, same sort of info.
              I have one for when I was doing bible study, a lot of notes in there.
              Uhhh ... I have a dream journal! I rarely update it because I forget easily, haha.
              I try to write the entries as a narrative and include little doodles so that later on,
              when I look back at them, I might remember the images I had in my dreams too.
              Oh! Figurines, right. Mostly the small chibi-looking ones you find in stores?
              They have these boxes where you can randomly get one of a set, and I'd buy those.
              I think I have little figurines for Ursula and Elsa and someone else ...
              I also have chibi figurines of Captain America and the Hulk.
              Those are the only ones I can remember right now, pff. I'm too lazy to go check.
              As for the manga, I couldn't possibly list off all of them.
              I have several hundred books, haha. I've got a pretty big variety?
              I've completed (or collected a lot of) xxxholic, Pita Ten, and Black Butler, to name a few.
              My friend recently gave me a bunch of her series too because she was getting rid of them.
              Maybe I'll take a picture someday soon and show you. o vo

                  I don't have the energy to make some right now or I would.
