I love doing my reading goal! I haven't been reading nearly as much as usual the past few months though.

...Hello? Socially awkward here.
Looks like you guys are already deep into a conversation. Since it appears to be about reading and reading goals I might jump in a little later when I feel more comfortable if that's alright with you...

Of course! Feel free to jump in and tell us about yourself or about your day if you're not into what we're talking about! I don't mind!

New and just wanted to say "hello."
I haven't really posted a reading goal on "Reading Goal" thread, yet. If I did it most likely be to finish some of my unread books on my bookshelves. I honestly do not know how many there are. I have a lot of books.
It's nice seeing people on here who enjoy reading. I've been on other communities where the people didn't really read which kind of made it hard to friend people because I actually read a lot and reference the books I read frequently...

I need to finish some of my unread books too. I have so many that I have never read and that are taking up space when I might not even like them!! This year, I'm going to try to read at least 10 books that I own but haven't read before.

I've been trying to finish a trilogy I had started in high school. It's been slow going because I don't have much time as I used to.

I'm trying to finish a book that I started like two years ago! It's a good book too (so far anyway). But I keep putting it down for library books!

Which book is it?
The trilogy I'm trying to finish is the Leviathan trilogy. (Leviathan, Behemoth, and Goliath.)
My library never has the books I'm looking for. And the big main library is a few hours drive from where I live which makes it difficult to check out books there. I guess that is good though? I end up having to read books I already own. :mcheh:
I try to donate ARCs every once in awhile though so my library gets more options.

This seems like a great place for me. Socially awkward seems to define me at every stage of my life.

Real talk for a moment: Can we Go back to that month that Pokemon Go was released. Everyone was so happy and the only people down my throat were old men at work who complained about a cell phone app kids were playing. Can we have that? Please.

It's called We Are Unprepared.

My library isn't very big. But they have a website, and every library in the county is linked on it. And you can search for stuff, and they will send it to whatever library you want. So I have stuff shipped from other libraries a lot.

Me too, lunar! There's never been a time or situation when I haven't been awkward lol!
