I don't know. All the people I've talked to say to always get a lawyer immediately and not say anything to anyone.
I don't have many facial expressions, but I would cry or laugh.
Hopefully cry because if I laughed, they'd think I did it xD

Maybe it was my school, but I tend to question what people are like, if they're dressed nice.
School told us to dress nice so people knew we were good people.
Like....that means shite to me xD
I don't trust anyone fully. But I'm more prone to trust women.
My mom raised me to be afraid of males, so all males scare me unless I know them.
I hate that because it's not fair.

They say that, but the reality is the majority of people do call the police first and that is what is expected and if you don't then people find it suspicious.

I keep reading that phrase: "She never said no to what we chose to do together". Who did that statement come from? Because I can see a date-rapist saying something like that. My first boyfriend kept telling me I was into it, too. Also, bondage is not the same as rape.

OMG my dad got me paranoid of internet stalkers, too! That's why I always keep my photos private. I finally got talked into making a legit facebook account with my real name and real face and I already got a friend request from a stranger. I asked him where I knew him from and he's like,
"I saw your profile I like you friend me okay accept my requet okay" and I'm like, "No, thank you. I'm not interested."

Great! I'm glad to hear that. Keep it up. I know it's hard sometimes. I feel like I should just go to bed without taking mine sometimes because I'm so tired and I don't want to make food so I can take my pill but I know skipping can have bad effects.

They definitely do! I can't recommend much in terms of dramas because all the ones I know are sort of rom-com-ish and I know you prefer horror. But The Wailing is horror so I'd be interested in knowing what you think.

Ohhhh. They called a lawyer first 8u?

Melanie said it. But the word people have issue with is the word "chose".
That would indicate that they both consented.
Like if we decide to go to the store and I complain about it.
I chose to go with you. So I made a decision.
So I feel like it was a regret thing.
Supposedly they both had boyfriends and there was regret.
She also said she didn't call the police because she didn't want Melanie to get in trouble.
And she says she still loves her.
But she's caused people to hate Melanie and she consistently likes all the comments hating on Melanie. Even the death threats to her.
But says she still loves her.
That doesn't seem right???
I posted some videos too yesterday.

But we both talked about being awkward and doing things that look suspicious.

Yeah, they only called the police AFTER the lawyer told them to,
if I recall correctly.

Well, Melanie might say that they chose to do it together and maybe even believes it. But maybe Timothy never chose to do it and was just tired of saying no. I can still see a date-rapist saying that the other party wanted it just because they didn't say no. Like I pester you to go to the store with me again and again and again and when you get sick of me asking and you don't say anything I'm like YEAH WE'RE GOING TO THE STORE YOU DIDN'T SAY NO SO YOU AGREED

The liking comment thing does seem really weird, though,
but only against her claim that she still loves Melanie rather than her claim of being raped.

What, that's weird. I had a friend whose account got banned for using her English name because her last name is obviously Asian so they wouldn't let her make an account unless she either a) used her Asian name or b) sent in documents proving that that's her real name. I'm glad I got grandfathered in and never had to do anything about my account lol

I'm glad you only woke up once. I'm not telling you to omg watch it right now. Just watch it when you feel like it and remember to let me know what you think. :qt:

I've seen other people do that and they weren't guilty.
But you should call the police first.

Reminds me of what my dad told me.
He covered my eyes and asked what Alyssa was wearing.

Exactly. It looks guilty/suspicious/abnormal =/= guilty.

Yeah, memory works weird. Some guy got incarcerated for kidnapping this child and all the witnesses said they saw him with the child but then later someone looked through the witnesses' testimonies and at first their description of the perpetrator sounded nothing like the guy who got incarcerated,
but then slowly matched him as time went on and they got more and more exposed to this guy.

And then tells you, "You asked me to go to the store with you!"

Well, hopefully it won't come to that for mine. Super weird,
though. Mine is more likely to be not my real name than Masami. At least that's a real name.

Have you seen stories of guys that looked so similar, the wrong one got arrested?
I posted one a while back, but I don't remember their names.

My memory and concept of time are so jumbled.
Like this commission I accepted. I could have sworn we made the deal early last year, but it was over a year ago in November. Not earlier last year.
And I keep thinking "This happened last week!" but it will be months ago.
I also forget a lot still.
And I've had family get pissed at me like I do it on purpose.
Yes, I love forgetting things and getting bitched at.

I don't know about that, but the author of the book Picking Cotton was about this woman who testified that this man named Cotton raped her. Then DNA evidence exonerated him but she was still convinced that he was the one who raped her. And then they caught the right guy and she finally realized that she falsely accused him of rape after all.

I'm like that, too! And I've got a great memory, just not how long it's been since it happened. So I'd be telling this story of what happened when I was 5 and my boyfriend would be so shocked that I did something so childish and I'd be like, "But I was 5." and he'd be like, "Oh, I thought you said it happened 5 years ago."

It's a really shitty thing.
Also when someone comes out, you don't want to doubt them, but you don't want to fully believe them.
You can blame all butthurt people making false accusations over stupid shit =_=

I can remember stuff from when I was a kid clearly, but if you give me a phone number, I forget almost immediately.
Lately I will be talking and just forget what I was talking about or what my point was xD

Yeah, I don't like people who do that. Because that just makes people dismiss others who come forward with legitimate concerns. As if it weren't hard enough to prove rape as it is. I was told in my forensics class that there was a case where these two men raped this woman and one of them took a picture of her and the other held a gun against her head and told her to smile or he'd shoot her. So she smiled. The judge ruled that it wasn't rape because if she didn't like it she wouldn't smile. And you could see the gun and her tears and snot all over her face from crying in the photo, too.

Argh, I've done that, too. But usually I need to repeat something three times and I remember it. I remember my boyfriend's mom's phone number because I repeated it three times. He was so disgusted with me.
