Ha ha the cat reminds me of my child hood cat crispy.
She was black with green eyes she used to sleep in my bed like a teddy for years.

She can afford it. Really. :mcheh: There is a point when you have gathered so much food (and FC) that you can't even spend it. So I am kind of glad she finally got to use some of it, she earned it after all.
But it's really kind of her to give away one of the extra! I am so happy about it, because it shows that we have some really nice users here and now the users who were unhappy that they did not have a chance at the Knuffel because of funds have a chance after all!

I'll never fully leave KofK! I just haven't had a computer.
My Mac has been broken and I haven't had enough spare money for a new
laptop, or a repair. It's hard to nagivate on my phone, but my work computer is niceeeee
so I'll be hanging out sometimes while I should be working >8)

I'm doing much better these days.
My son is 3 now, he just started preschool this week, and now I'm expecting
my second ~ I'm only about 12 weeks in, but yeah!!
I have a reaaaaaaaaaally good job in an analytical science equipment office,
so I'm learning a lot and making money at the same time. Score.
Doesn't leave me with much free time, but I'm steadily trying to improve my life.

How about you though?? HOW ARE YOU?

You've done so much to the site since I last visited, I love everything.
The little DYK box under the avatar is GREAT.

Aki, that sounds so great! I am happy you are doing so well. Congrats on expecting your second child. Time sure flies by fast!
Starkad is working on a more mobile friendly version for KOfK, so hopefully it will be easier to navgate around the site on your phone sometime in the future. I know it's really a hassle right now. :mcsweat:
I am not doing so great lately, we had lots of bad luck lately, but I hope this streak of bad luck will pass eventually. It can't go on forever, right?

Moi, yeah, I remember Zantarni of course (I keep checking whether it's still around from time to time). Yeah, they had a big inflation problem. Everyone had so much food and it was so worthless. I remember all people wanted was really the RL currency, because everyone could just buy everything else on that site. I am not sure what the state of the site is right now, I don't think it has been really doing great since it changed ownership. Change of ownership usually doesn't seem to work well for avatar sites, same with Roliana. I think the people taking over underastimate how much work it is and then they can't keep up with updates and no updates is a certain death after a while.
