I'm always tired lately. So very tired. I need to go to the doctor. Figure if it's just the chronic fatigue or something else.

Work is alright. I like my job. I like the people I work with. I'm just so tired all the time.

I am feeling better, thank you. I think I just need to stop drinking soda. The sugar and sodium mess with my joints, but it's so hard. I really love me some Dr. Pepper. I thought it was the caffeine at first, but I think the joint issues are from the sugar and sodium. The caffeine just makes me need to pee.

I've never heard of soda causing joint problems. If that's true I def need to stop drinking it because I already have a bunch of joint problems.

I did cut it completely out at one point for about a year. Then I started to drink the non-caffeinated kinds and then I went back to the Dr. Pepper. I don't drink it as much as I did before I quit, but I still really crave it.

Soda has a lot of sodium which contributes to joint inflammation. Sugar also contributes to it.

Gotta love the strange addiction to soda. I'm all about big red. It's sort of like a red creme soda, but not as creamy? The flavor is hard to describe.

Ahhh. Yeah, I can see that. I ingest way too much sodium. I'm not too bad with sugar except for drinks. I love sweet drinks. Soda, coffee, tea. I love the sugar in those.

I'm not into soda for the caffeine kick. I'm more into it for the sweet and fizzy. Yummeh!

I got about half the house cleaned today!! Go me!!
