Same here, that's why we go late. I also like it when the trainers aren't there. I feel like they judge me >.>
Also when you sign up you kind of have to sign a thing saying there's nothing wrong with your health and I lied so I don't want them to catch me XD

I think it's just for health and safety. So they won't be liable if I did get hurt thanks to a pre-existing condition, especially when no members of staff are around.
