Hehe, I always find adults easier to interact with than children. Though, I guess in the case of students they have a certain respect for you which makes it easier to interact with them.
I'm probably also just really bad with interacting with kids...

I always like the old centres of cities best. Although skyscrapers are also impressive, so it does sound like a nice view!
I'll mainly remember Frankfurt for the train that had a 80 minutes delay, but then didn't. We were there with an entire class during diner time. And since the train had such a delay we were allowed to go buy food or something. But then one of the teachers overheard someone saying that the delay was a mistake and we had to collect the whole class from 2 McDonalds. The teachers only had time to check if everyone was in the train when it had already started leaving. Aaah, good times :mcsmirk:

And hey, new avatar!

Btw, did the knuffel-digging change? I remember having to go back to my knuffel page to feed and play with them before I could continue digging with my higher lvl knuffels. But now I can use all my digs in one go.

I probably won't die haha. But we'll definitely have to upgrade as time goes on. Hopefully we'll be earning more as time goes on too. My other half just got a new job which pays the same as before but plus commission this time, so we're hoping that means a good payrise overall.

Oh yes, Firn changed the algorithms so it takes less energy for knuffels to dig. It makes everything a lot easier.

I've never been to Germany at all. I do enjoy European city breaks though so I'd like to go sooner or later.

And a new job probably also means that it is anyway easier to increase in the salary scale? That is, it gets easier to get a raise? Because when you work for a company longer you tend to start earning more?
Okay, I don't have a great understanding on how salary increases work...

It does make it a lot easier. But I was a bit surprised, because I was waiting until it would say that I couldn't dig anymore and it just kept going.
I do kind of feel sorry for my knuffels. They've been starving and bored for the past 4 years :mcheh:

I was actually born in Germany. Though my parents moved back to the Netherlands when I was less than 2 years old.

And I just saw the new Infinity Wars trailer, so now I'm completely hyped again :mcsquee:

I honestly couldn't tell you, I just love children. There's nothing better than interacting with them.

That sounds like Frankfurt. :mcsquee:

Yeah, I also went digging this morning. The new map looks really neat, but I still miss the totally unnecessary "Battle" tab. :mcwink:

I'll have to admit I've not been keeping up with movies these past few years, really. Except of course animation. Coco was really nice.

Glad to know you won't die, grey :mchappy: I'm sure you'll make it work! Seems like a good starting point anyhow.
And if you do come around to Germany, make sure you bring your own tea. :mcwink:

My boyfriend will be picking me up in an hour and then we'll be going to his for the rest of the weekend. :mcglee: I just wish he didn't live with his parents anymore, I feel a bit like I'm dating a 15 year-old instead of a 21 year-old every time we go to his

Oh, they removed the battle tap? The knuffels still receive battle upgrades though :mcheh:

I mostly keep up with the Marvel cinematic universe films. A few friends and I have kind made a habit to watch them in the cinema whenever one is released.
That reminds me, I should watch Coco. It seems that more people enjoyed it.

Btw, you don't have tea? :mcshock:

Have fun, Lulu!
And don't worry, he'll probably move out eventually :qt: And just remember that it can be way worse. Like the guy who used to be one of my flatmates. Who was almost 40... and was still living in a students house...

I think Firn was getting annoyed by everyone asking when the battle feature would be added.

That seems like a nice tradition to have! I wish my friends and I would do that.

We do have tea. Just not british tea. :mcwink:

Yeah, presumably, right? But he'll probably move out in like, what, 2 years? D: After uni sometime. That's foreeeever away.

Yes, that does sound like it would get annoying pretty quick. But, I wonder, won't people now start asking questions on why their knuffels are getting battle upgrades?...

Meh, tea is tea... (I've just now probably angered the majority of Brittish people.)
Though, I'm one of those persons who drinks a lot of Rooibos. Red-bush? What is it called in English? But that would probably cause judgemental opinions from the black-tea lovers as well

Well, in the long run, those 2 years won't really matter. But maybe drop subtle hints? Or not so subtle, depending on how sensitive the subject is...

Nah. Well, either way, seems like Kofk has absolutely not been doing better with donations while we were gone, so I'm sure the battle feature is the least of everyone's worries.

I don't like black tea at aaaaaall. Way too bitter, I cannot stand it.

"Just move out goddammit"
Jokes aside, as far as I know he does want to move out, but just can't find a cheap enough place in town.

Yeah, I saw the donation meters in the jellyfish domination. They seem to have gotten worse...

I do like black tea from time to time, but not if its too bitter. So the tea-leaves shouldn't be in the water for too long.

I can imaging that's also rather annoying for him if he wants to move out, but can't.

Yeah :/// but I'm also broke so...

Well yeah, but it's probably also nice not having to go shopping for yourself, or cooking for yourself, or paying for yourself... Y'know.
