It's not great, kind of like drowning yourself on purpose :mcheh: But with the special salts etc, after few tries it totally works, so it's worth it :mcgrin: You just need to get used to it :mcgloom:

I could never do that, I hate getting water into my nose. Like, hate it with a passion. I own two nose clips for swimming.

I tried to post so much today, and it made such a small difference in my spring points :(

I also hate water up my nose.


I think I need a nasal spray again though..can only use them for 6 months and then have to be off them for a while before using again. I haven't used one in years..

What do you need the spray for?

But yeah, I've heard they can be quite dangerous in that you easily get addicted to them.

Heard the same. But I hate those nose sprays. I'd rather suffer instead of using one xD
