I'm having a semi-bad day. Things aren't going well for me.

I have to have compression socks because I'm over weight and that's what's causing my leg pain. Also gotta loose weight, but I can't loose weight if it hurts too much to exsorsize so I have to first get the socks. But the compression socks we bought at the store don't stretch wide enough for me to fit them and I'm having problems bending over so Dad bought me a pair of 3xlarge since 2xlarge doesn't fit, but we had to buy them from Amazon and that's gonna take days. So now I'm grumpy. And wanna smack someone. So as soon as I'm done with my drink I'll strangle the bottle.

So that's me today.

I just realized that "take out" means food, dating, and murder. And if you were a female praying mantis you'd have all three.

My doctor always shove it in my face that I'm over weight... and I've cut soda out of my diet.. 80% of my food is made from scratch so there is hardly any preservitives in them any more... I exorcise and yet I haven't lost a single pound... =o=

I wish you luck on losing weight.. =( its a tough road...

I'm mostly just tired cause I just woke up a lil while ago.

Ugh yeah, weight loss can be frustrating, especially since it takes awhile to see any results but if you keep at it you'll get there! It helps me to keep a journal of how many calories I'm eating.

I was at 150, but then I got pregnant and over gained. So now I have to loose it and you're right it's not easy. Thanks. Good luck to you too.
