I'd have suggested a frame as well.. Hm. Or something like a mantra, leaves, more animals in the background?
Yea they are usually looking for a young person with tons of experience, a degree (preferably postgraduate/master), then somebody settled, preferably with a car sometimes, flexible when it comes to working hours/days... It's almost impossible.
