I've only seen the first season of AoT. Didn't read the manga. I watched a lot of AMB and read a lot of it too. But I think what I read was mostly illegal downloads so poorly translated. So I'm wanting to buy hard copy at some point.


I am super into monster boyfriends. Or monster girlfriends, though the monster girlfriends are usually just cute girls with tails or something. I like actual monsters. lol.

Sengoku BASARA, shortened to SenBasa or even just SB, started as a game series by capcom
There are now manga and anime spin-offs (three seasons and a movie for the anime), and now Gakuen BASARA is about to release in Japan, which means more of their shenanigans but in a modern high school

Sounds exciting. Did you like all the series?

I like AUs where the characters are basically the same but the world is different. I don't like where the characters are completely different. Like if the character is a type of monster or something and they make them human? That's lame.

I haven't read the manga and only 3/Samurai Heroes has been properly ported, so all I've got is said game and the anime (thank god for FUNimation) but I like them
I have Tsuruhime as a cosplay, and I'm almost done with her gakuen version

I imagine the school version is less complicated?

Yeah

Video game version is a cross between a schoolgirl and shrine maiden outfit, plus I made it out of pipe cleaners and plastic canvas, while gakuen is straight up schoolgirl

I remember you kept going on about the pipe cleaners. I feel like it would take a ton of effort to make an entire cosplay out of those. They are so thin. lol.
