Nope, just hate here.
Awww much appreciated, Jolien ;'D
How're things going out there in Hungary?
I just made paneer makhani.
Not sure what to think of it just yet.
Ooh, I recently read about Paneer and it's still on my to-do list of things to try. I don't know what the makhani part is? Apparently it should become a light, creamy cheese. Apparently all you need is lemon juice and milk?
Otherwise things are good, we just had a long weekend (again) and we used that time well to finally explore the Bakony. Or at least a tiny tour inside it, loved it. The boys as well, so we'll definitely will go back there. A walk in a gorge, pretty autumn forest at the moment, the weather was perfect, about 15-20C, and a creek which crosses the path (no bridges, but tiny stream) several times during a 5km walk. (boys prepared with boots, which wasn't a luxury) And then back by a crappy train at the edge of the gorge, a bit higher up, while you can wave at the other people who are still walking the route. And some tunnels. Awesome. <3
Besides that, also good. Boys are getting bigger, cattle is still doing good and we're living a good life I believe. :-)
