Well, I remember asking my brother to help me with it. And then I had them. And then I didn't remember why I wanted them.

LOL honestly, same I get those times. I sometimes can't even tell Asians apart, and I'm one.

I find it worse with family members, because they have the same mannerisms, so I'll see someone and they'll use this unusual pattern of drumming their fingers to show impatience, right? And of course I'll see it and go "Oh! I know you! You're so-and-so!" and they look at me like I'm crazy and say "Nooooo, that's my stepbrother, and we look NOTHING alike, and he's five years older than I am, and almost a foot taller."
Oh.
Er.
Right.
But they both have that same habit and no one else I know does that, just that family, so I *still* mix them up.

Luckily, I don't have an extended family (or at least most are in Korean and I've never really met them) so I might not have that problem.. but I can imagine how confusing it can be!

Oh! I phrased that poorly!

I meant that I have more trouble mixing people up when the two people I am mixing up are family with each other. They don't have to be twins or even blood-family, but if they are related enough to start using the same phrases or have the same pool of mannerisms, then I get them confused.
