Same. I don't take anything unless I totally have to. I don't even take Tylenol or anything for headaches and cramps, only when I have fever.

Not gonna lie tho, those pills did help a lot with my messed up head.

My mom is so use to pills 'fixing' her.. she tried to get me to take them.

Have a headache "TAKE A PILL!" -sleeps instead-
Anxiety kicks in... "TAKE A PILL!!" .... -walks away/stays away from anxiety reason-

I think a lot of people do just want a quick fix, and that's what a lot of pills do or claim to do. But most of them are hard on your body in the long run. But, it's their choice. Like, I think my sisters kidneys are messing up from the constant sinus medicine she took over the years. :< I have constant drainage but I'm so used to it it's basically normal to me now.

I have drainage issues too.. o3o if my stomach is completely empty except for the drainage i endup puking x-x i don't take anything for that though.. I do, do a nasal rinse every so often.. o3o

I also have IBS-D.. but I only take my anti-D's if I'm about to go out for some reason or if the D persists till close to bed time x-x

My acid reflux is apparently a symptom of my IBS but i only take those meds as needed.

Ooh yuck, yeah sometimes I get that really sick feeling in the mornings and midday from it. But I'm good after I eat. I hate throwing up, it's really one of the worst feelings... especially that clammy cold sweat dread feel before it.

eating doesn't help me.. it makes it worse and comes back up x-x

I drink sprite.. that way when I do puke, its a sweet tasting puke and doesn't burn as bad xD and some times it settles my stomach

I keep sleeping weird. Hurts to turn my head to the left. (x _ x) Dunno how I manage it, I don't really move much in my sleep. Unless I'm really tense while I rest which is entirely possible... plus I need a new bed. Mine is almost as old as me.

I finally got a new bed frame but i still need a new mattress =x=
