I know right!?
I have to remind myself at times it looks easy
because other artists are just more experienced in it.

But i'll get the hang of it...eventually.
I'm soon going to set myself up to do some master studies
to help me grasp painting a bit more.

Ah i see.
I tend to be the mope all day when i am very depressed.
I'm not really seeing anyone or on meds as i can't afford to
which just makes pushing myself an everyday struggle at times
and some times i just...can't bother.

I've done things on accident that looked good.
Like "How did you do that!?" I don't know. 8]
A lot of the time, I can't tell people how I did anything. I just did it.

You know what's good and not many people like it? Exercise. You don't take medication or see anyone, go exercise. I know I'm fat and out of shape and hate exercise, but it does help. I was having an episode of something called "Depersonalization-derealization disorder". I sometimes will feel like everyone and everything around me is not real. I was having that one day and I went for a walk and it went away completely xD
But I would say you should see someone some time because it's not normal to stay depressed like that u8

I don't think I've had any of those yet
but there is time for a first. :mccute:

I'll definitely need to do some yoga.
Since it's summer might try to buy me a yoga mat.

I can't afford to see someone as much as I'd want to.
But right now uninsured and not being able to pay for things
is kinda where I am right now.

Thank you for the comments guys, I have depression and anxiety too, but I'm on meds so I'm mostly alright (though I try to exercise 4 times a week, I agree, it helps a lot). So I can understand somewhat you guys too, it sucks. I had a lot of anxiety today after I finished a drawing, when I decided to post it. It's hard to explain why though. I just feel really self conscious?

Moi your art has evolved so much since I first saw it, you did a great job on that character! It's sooo clean and soft!

I'm still on a Cluclu high so I ended up coloring a sketch of them (link)

About style. It's just something I noticed that a lot of artists I follow went from drawing anime to a more realistic approach, and I sometimes find myself much more attracted to stylized, anime type of drawings, so I'm confused about what I want my art to be like :( I used to draw taller bodies (like 7/8 heads tall) and nowadays my characters look way smaller. When I played the otome game Amnesia on steam I also noticed they have impossibly long legs and I'm just not used to that anymore. Also, as I grew up I grew out of liking bishies to liking really manly men lol but then I fell in love with Ikky and Ukyo from Amnesia and they look like girls lol. Oh well I hope one day I'll figure it out, lol.

I've never done yoga, but I've been told it's good in many ways.

I understand what you mean and it sucks.
If I didn't have my insurance because of my disability, I couldn't see doctors or pay for my medications.
I really hope you can find some insurance because you should speak to someone ;;

Ashiya: I feel that all the time. I get anxious when I finish commissions and give them to the customer. I've never gotten a bad response, but I always worry they'll be like "Ew! This is ugly!" and then I'll cry 8,D

I actually get what you mean. I had a friend call my art generic once and then I didn't know what to do. I only liked anime styled art, but I started looking at other types of styles and I found I liked more than just anime. But I overall like anime and semi-realism most, so I try to do a mix of those.
Aha, the longass legs, yeah. I'm pretty short, so when I see "short" girls in anime with long legs, I'm like "Bitch, your legs are longer than me, you ain't short >~>"
I didn't notice the long legs until someone in my family was like "Why are their legs so long .__." when I was watching Sailor Moon.
I was like "Hey...why are their legs so long?" and now I can never unsee them 8D

Yeah, it's super good for posture which I need. My posture is bad lol.
My aunt used to be a yoga instructor.

Yeah, as far as I heard when we tried to get insured we didn't qualify for any of them.

Currently working on this.
Slowly it's coming along.

I have bad posture too. It doesn't help my boobs are heavy and make me hunch over .__.
