We have this Chinese place down the street that's still thriving, to my surprise.
Nearly every store in that area has opened and closed almost immediately.
But my mom and aunt go there a lot and I've eaten some of their food - but not very often.
My mom once told a worker she wanted food for me, but with no vegetables.
The worker laughed and asked how old I was and my mom said my age and the worker was like "Oh. .__." because she thought I was a kid xD
But they have the most awesome tea there.
I don't know what ingredients they use, but I've never had tea like it anywhere else.

Actually, I ate some soup at a Japanese restaurant and it looked like miso, but I don't think it was...But it was so damn good that I ate mine and my dad's. My dad asked the worker what was in the soup and he said "It's a secret ;]" so 8u
It definitely wasn't mochi. I've had mochi several times and it wasn't the same texture and taste and it had a Chinese name.
