My aunt thinks the same way - meals with meat are a full meal.
I don't really eat right, so I don't have many actual meals.
Like I'll grab a sandwich or eat some pickles or a fruit u8

Give it to me 8U

Oh, yeah, my Hyde is decently big. He has really thick fur too and we use a whole bottle of shampoo nearly just to bathe him once.
And getting him to move and when he won't move, I can't pick him up because he's too heavy xD;

I used to cut my dad's toenails. He'd scream and scare me when I did it >~>
Me: -tries to clip- 8u
Dad: OW!!
Me: uB!!
Dad: 8U
Me: >Bu

Hiding in a hollow tree (come find me)

From what I understand, it's not good to be that way xD;
It's said you need to eat meals and eat them around the same time because your body will react to it.
Sleep is the same way. Having a schedule helps you sleep better.

My mom pointed out that I don't eat very much, but I'm still fat.
You would think I'd lose weight from not eating much, but it's not true.
Light told me it was something like my body constantly being in survival mode.
That's why I don't lose weight, despite not eating much and eating healthy stuff.
It's DUMB uB<

I've heard about that as well, routinzed meals as well as sleep. Then again I have heard SO many diverse and divergent things about food, I don't know what's true anymore xD

Survival mode, that's true, I learned about it at school actually. But losing weight is also connected to exercise. And if you sit much it doesn't help xD

Bodies are weird
Person: I am overweight, I am going to eat better and a bit less
Body: SURVIVAL MODE ACTIVATED. MUST ESCAPE THE GREEDY NOBILITY
Person: wtf

For about a year, I could hardly sleep at night because I would have long anxiety attacks.
I did a lot of studying on sleep and such and so I try to apply what I learned.

Exercise helps with my mental stability too.
I remember having this things where it feels like nothing is real, I think it's Depersonalization Disorder but there's two that I get confused.
Well, I walked to the store and I felt so much better after that xD

My body frustrates me sometimes. I swear to God it does stuff to spite me.
Like my period being late. It will be late just because I have something to do.
Like when I went out of town with my dad and his ex - my period came out of nowhere and ruined the trip xD
I threaten to punch myself in the uterus and ovaries to make my periods stop completely.
One time I said that and my period was a day and a half long ._.
I scared them, I guess >>

Haha I am sure it worked that you cursed your uterus xD

I can only recommend having a IUD, I don't really have my period any longer. 2 great years since I have the device :D

And yes, exercise it also good for your mind. I feel sooooo much better after doing some sports.

Mu curses never seem to work :(

Exercising makes me feel so much bettere, even if I didn't feel like doing it. One time I got so stressed out at work and I was really being mad and passive agressive so I did som ehard cardio and man, did that help with the agression. all the air went out of me xD
