Strange that I don't really hear this clock ticking yet.
I want children, definitely, but I don't have a partner. Maybe that's why.

I talked about having children with 2 friends as well, seems that people with a partner definitely consider this quite soon when they have reached a certain age.
Well, I am 24, so it's not too far off either xD

@jacob: Oh no! I hate when that happens! That's why if I kinda want something I'll only ask myself "do I really need it?" and "do I really love it so much?" if either/both are true, then I buy the thing. If I hesistate then I canprobably live without it. Of course, not always I can be so logical, it's still a work in progress xD

@Julez: Yeah, not having a partner might be the key factor. Ash and I are together for 9 years (in December) so you know. If you met a guy you were sure of you'd probably start hearing the clock soon enough :D

Though I do have friends which are together for 10 years and they say they still want to work for a bit before having children because they finished uni last year and want to have a bit of freedom first.

I've always wanted to have kids, but without a partner I'm just not certain it's the best thing to do right now.
I'm way too unstable. As long as my depressions are still this bad I am not going single parent. :}

It's not that I want children now, I want some, definitely, best case before 30 (at least the first one :D), but yea, not happening as long there is no partner.

Dream, it's better like that. If you cannot really deal with your depression it is indeed not a good decision to have a child of your own.

Well, Ash and I met in high school and been together ever since, so I guess we kin dof met young? But he never finished any of his studies and is doing great financially and I only managed to survive three years, get bachelor's degree and poofed from uni. So we've had freedom from that.
We haven't had freedom in living conditions, always with someone. But by the time we finally buy something I'll probably be around 30 so there's no way I'm waiting. After 30 we'll probably swicth places with Ash, he'll want family and I'll be like "give birth to them yourself, cats are enough for me now, thank you very much".

@Dream: I'd decide the same, especially pregnancies are so hormonal, it's already unstable.
