That is annoying. Did you have it on your phone? Cause it might be that your phone turns itself off after a while and that disrupts the app?

I know my tablet does that. :}

I tried again yesterday and if I don't touch it at all it works. So maybe I will keep trying, but I think the apps are not my problem, it's really the thoughts.

Wandering thoughts. Those can be the hardest to deal with. :}

It is, at least for me. I don't really know what I can do against this, but this is the worst for me..

I'm now doing a mindfulness course and during meditation our instructor keeps telling us. "Don't try to force your thoughts, acknowledge they are there then accept it and go back to what you were doing. Be kind to them and yourself for having them."

So basically don't be angry with yourself when your mind wanders. It happens. :}

Yea I am kind to them, but they are just too distracting, I can't keep thinking about my life when I should be actually concentrating.

That I can fully understand.

Are you having certain thoughts in general, or are they all fairly unrelated. Cause sometimes it can help to sort the thing out that is keeping your mind occupied to make the wandering thoughts lie down. :}

Usually it's thoughts that have to do with what has happened to me recently. For example, if I had been out with friends I think about the evening and reminisce about that. Usually past events like that. Or if something happened.

Lucky you. My interruptive thoughts are mostly worries about the future.

That's not better, maybe even worse, yea I have to think about the future, too, but I dismiss these thought for now.
