My birthday is in October, so I get my birthday and Halloween together.
I wish I was born on Halloween >8u
My little sister was almost born on Halloween.
I kept wanting my mom to go into labor xD
But my sister was born November 3rd u8
Oh, man, I would love to go all out on Halloween.
We don't have people really decorate on my block.
If they do, it's just like a pumpkin and some hanging spooks.
We also don't get trick or treaters very often.
We got zero kids this year.
To really enjoy it, we have to go to a completely different neighborhood.
I remember these people decked out their yard in decorations and were even acting as zombies.
We also went out of town to this little country town and nearly everyone did Halloween.
This one couple had this big house and they decorated the hell out of it.
And the streets were full of kids and they even had wagons driving kids around.
It was so amazing. Like this is what Halloween looks like \>8u/
But it's over an hour away and we don't go xD;
These last three months seem more...magical?
Like people seem to be more giving and helpful.
But my big thing about Thanksgiving and Christmas is the food xD
Not having a dinner on those two days is depressing.
I don't care if I get presents - I just care that we have food and family.
I also love giving people donations when I can.
My family struggles with money and food, but if we see someone taking donations or if they have bags of food you can pay for to give to poor families - we do it.
Because, as I said, not having good food SUCKS >8u
