It is possible to get damaged goods, carelessness in the warehouse mainly. if it happens call their support number (though be careful... the auto message system that you first hear.. it's like how Disney World people sound like from Roseanne... Brainwashed and overly happy to the point you want to bash skulls in. It's loud so ... yea...)

A friend ended up with a cut manga and they sent her a new one without requesting the old one. She had to send proof of the damage though.

So many people hate Righstuf for damaged goods.. but it happens to all stores... Even our grocery store has damaged goods ._. shit happens...
