I've not being diagnosed with IBS but a gastro doctor told me he thinks I have it.
When I get upset in any way, my stomach hurts really bad and messes up.
My dad drank whiskey and Coke at a family party and I wanted to try it too.
I felt the most horrendous pain in my stomach and it made me double over and he had to bring me home.
Didn't learn my lesson and when my aunt invited the family to a steakhouse, I drank a beer.
I got sick again and I outright refused to throw up the good food my aunt payed her.
Again, I didn't learn my lesson and took three sips of wine my dad had and it killed me again xD
My stomach messes up sometimes. I'm completely bedridden and can't keep anything down.

I've thrown up so hard, it came out of my nose and I've done where I messed myself at the same time xD
I wonder if it's food poisoning, but my family says "You'd know if it was food poisoning!"
