I was in a taxi a few years back on my way to a doctor appointment, the driver side swiped a pickup..
She had to hand me over to another driver (one of the bosses at that >->) and I was asked if I saw what happened exactly.. I was all "um.. I only ever get to play pokemon go when I'm in the taxis and at dr's if they have stops/gyms... so no.. I didn't see.. I felt it though.. the quick jerking of the car.. didn't hear anything tho.. I honestly thought she pulled away before she swiped him"

My aunt came to a complete stop at a yield sign and got hit in the rear end =w=, she tried to be safes! X"D

Thing is.. there use to be a stop sign where they put the yeild sign.. =w= she doesn't come around often and even I didn't realize they changed the sign and I go past it lots when we go to dr appointments o3o,

-looks at the swim hole on the street outside her apartment- o3o yea... streets that need fixing never get fix.. i agree there..

like, this street shows up as an official city street, but the city refuses to do anything about all the holes.. and swim holes... that are getting bigger and bigger.. they say its the apartment complex's job. Apartment complex says that because it's an official city street, its the city's responsibility.


our street names.. we got the name of states.. like Indiana Ave... Dakota Ave...

and then we have 3rd st.. .. is it 3rd or 5th st that needs fixed..

I dunno.. i don't pay attention to names.. =A= if you wind up in the trailer park, you missed the street you turn on to get to me.. that's what i tell folks

The streets around where my boyfriend lives are based on provinces. Like Quebec and Manitoba and stuff. The streets where I live seem to be based on names? Not as interesting. I used to live in a neighbourhood where all the streets were named after rivers. I lived on Amazon and I had a friend on Yangztze. There was a Nile there, too. Before that I lived in a neighbourhood where the streets all had some sort of seafaring themes, despite being located on top of a mountain. I lived on Anchor and there were Dolphin, Mariner, and Starboard and such. The AI on the bus butchers Dolphin so badly; you'd think it's pronounced the way it's spelt, but it pronounces it like, DOU-fin. Like it's starting to say doubt but instead of the /t/ it finishes with fin.

The streets here have numbers. Except on the South side, and everyone gets lost there.
