@Julez: Do other people also tell you tap water is undrinkable because reasons? Both my grandma and mom are like "oh, but it's not for drinking, tap water is dirty", sure, that's why you wash yours fruit and veggies and dishes with dirty water, great thinking.
Tap water in Budapest - that's undrinkable

Warsaw's water is much clearer and healthier than our air, apparently XD
@Moi: I think they're reasoning is, a soda a day is about 365 a year, that's still a lot. Especially they're not very healthy either and everything should be in moderation. Only one a day might seem like not that much to you, compared to what you used to drink, but it would be even better to drink once or twice a week. It's not as frequent.
That being said, I should use my own advice and take it to sugar XD
I've never counted calories. Makes me think of the time my bestie was dealing with anorexia and then bulimia, she was counting religiously. So I swore to never count calories myself. Just like I don't step on the scale, or I do it once in a blue moon just to see if my weight is kind of the same since I last stepped on it. These numbers can take too much power and mess with your head. For me the best marker of my health is feeling healthy and good in my body. And preferably in my jeans, too.
